About Me
Kerri has been coaching since 2021 and specializes in strength training, flexible nutrition, and sustainable behavior change. She is a national-level NPC Figure and Fitness competitor with five overall wins, holds a B.A. in Psychology, and is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Coach. She is currently pursuing her CSCS certification and a Master’s degree in Health & Physical Education.
As both a coach and educator, Kerri is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies, build confidence in the gym, and develop healthier relationships with food and progress. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, performance, or simply feeling better in your day-to-day life, her approach is rooted in sustainability, self-awareness, and long-term growth.
Her philosophy: fitness should improve your quality of life. Lasting results are built through consistency, flexibility, and learning how to work with yourself instead of against yourself.
